Rock & Roll with teeth.
Gold Coast's Jollee are not your average rock band. Led by the electrifying frontwoman Brooke Mowett, this four-piece powerhouse has spent six years forging a sound that is unshakably raw, emotionally charged, and built for stages.
Born in 2019 out of a shared love for classic rock icons like The Kills and PJ Harvey, Jollee quickly discovered a potent musical chemistry — drawing from bluesy swagger, grunge anthems, and their own unique brand of rock and roll intensity. Their mission: bring back the glory days of rock and roll, with a modern edge and nothing held back.
Described by critics as a sonic lovechild of Patti Smith and The White Stripes, Jollee's live shows are legendary for their theatrical flair, fierce energy, and a stage presence that demands attention and refuses to let go.
Homewrecker EP
Homewrecker marks a bold evolution in Jollee's sound. The bass lines are punchier, the guitar riffs more melodic, and Brooke's vocals are restrained power — emotional and controlled in equal measure. Six tracks that document a band stepping fully into their own identity.
Where their earlier singles announced Jollee's arrival, Homewrecker is the statement. Themes of personal reckoning, resilience, restlessness and desire run through all six tracks — a cohesive body of work that cements Jollee as one of Australia's most exciting independent rock acts.
